While we all work together to keep ourselves and others safe we would like to inform you of some changes we have made and measures we implemented to keep you and our staff safe when you stay with us.

In addition to our normal cleaning procedures, we have implemented the guideline provided by the Jamaica Tourist Board and the Ministry of Health and Wellness to ensure our cleaning and hygiene protocols will result in a safe space for everyone.

 

What to expect when you stay:

​

Public areas are frequently cleaned throughout the day. This includes the gym, public bathrooms, and pool.

​

All frequently touched surfaces are clean several times daily. This includes door handles, railings, icemaker, microwave, and sanitizer dispensers.

​

To minimize the number of time cleaning staff enters guestroom we now offer guests the option for a relaxed housekeeping schedule where cleaning occurs less frequently as opposed to each day. You let us know when to enter and clean your room.  

​

We have increased the deployment of antibacterial and hand sanitizers throughout our properties.
